Delivery

back2schoolmackay.com.au offers delivery to Mackay suburbs for a flat fee of $10 per family per address per drop. If you would like to confirm that we deliver to your area please call us on 4957 3056 or email us at

Delivery can only be made to street addresses not to PO Boxes. We encourage you to place your orders early to minimise the risk of items going out of stock.  Your delivery will be made as quickly as possible, generally within a 48 hours of your order being received. Delays to this timeframe may occur is there is an issue with the availability of ordered items.  Deliveries will be made even if no-one is home.

Should you choose to collect your order from our store we will send you an email notification advising that your order is ready for collection.

Our store at 26 Evans Avenue, North Mackay is open 7 days from 5.30am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri; 6am – 2pm Sat and 7am – 12noon Sundays  and public holidays.

We are closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day. Check our facebook page for trading times during these holiday periods.
